New residents and renters should complete the following form and return to City Hall with the rental deposit.
Water
Water is provided by three certified wells with a 67,000 gallon elevated storage tank.
Electricity
Village electricity is supplied from Nebraska Public Power District and the village retails it to customers.
Sewer
A large two cell expansion project on the lagoon system was recently completed.
Garbage Collection
Brainard contracts with a private service that is billed with the utilities. Garbage collection is available Thursday morning. To sign up and receive a trash container, call the Village Clerk at (402) 545-2701.
